Good day
The open system is the term we use to describe the area that borders one of our biggest reserves here in South Africa. It consists out of 4 private reserves on wish hunting is allowed. These reserves differ in size between 80 000 and 150 000 acres each. There are no internal fences and no fences between these reserves and the National Park.
Because of the sensitivity surrounding hunting in these areas, we are not allowed to mention the Parks name or the bigger area that they form part of in any advertising.
I can just mention that the total area in which the animals can roam freely is close to 7 000 000 acres although hunting is only permitted in about 400 000 acres.
I hope that the above explanation will answer your question to your satisfaction.
Regards

Hi Lance, Hope you well. I collect Mauser rifles and they are very much part of my cultural history in Africa. Would you consider selling the rifle now a year on ? I'd like to place it in my collection of Mauser rifles. Many thx

I saw where you hunted elephant with backcountry safaris in Zimbabwe.
Was looking to book an elephant hunt and wanted to know how your hunt went
and if you would recommend them.

Thanks
Mike
hi, do you know about lions hunters, leopard hunters, and crocodiles hunters of years 1930s-1950s
I'm new to Africa Hunting. I would like to purchase a Heym 450-400 double rifle. I'm left-handed but would prefer a non-canted gun. Is anyone in the community considering parting with theirs?
