There's usually a great story, and lawsuit, behind asinine warning labels.
This is invariably (with rare exceptions) the case on these ridiculous appearing warning or product labels. They are basically all fake.

Costco can be iffy. I asked the guy giving out meatball samples how he knew they weren't Lamb fries and he didn't know.
The lady at another booth nearly doubled over laughing. Maybe she knew what they really were.
