This guy is probably the foreman of 2 crews, acts like he speaks and somewhat can speak broken English (American), but is actually fluent in 2 or more languages and dialects.

Also I the USA illegally, just hasn't been called out on his forged documents.

Basically this guy is hoping his t shirt is going to protect him from the alphabet law enforcement and getting his a$$ kicked by Bubba for taking Bubba's job at half pay and no company benefit programs.......because the demcommies are covering all of his other benefits and increases in his nontaxable income at 4x what Bubba was earning and paying taxes.
