It's finally time to share an incredibly special animal we hunted last year with everyone! A good friend and client of ours had a classic and hard Madikwe hunt with us in 2022, but unfortunately left us without his Buffalo. Returning for redemption in 2023, the hunting gods were surely on his side when very early into the safari him and PH Nic were at close quarters with two bulls in the thick stuff. Taking their time they eventually managed to get a perfect shot off with the .458. Walking up to this incredible beast they realised immediately they were looking at something special! When hunting areas like Madikwe we never know what may be at the end of the tracks and this bull was no different. Stretching the tape to 52 1/4" this was not only the biggest bull we have hunted but will surely be a long standing milestone! Well done to our client on never giving up and Big John and Nic for excellent tracking and guiding! The moral of the story is to never give up! We still have some open spots at Madikwe for 2024 - $10500 all inclusive with NO size limits!
