I was trying to think of what movie quote I use the most often & it probably comes from this exchange:

F: What a filthy job!
I: Could be worse.
F: How?
I: Could be raining.

Whenever anyone in our group complains about anything, "Could be raining" is generally the retort to tell them to stop boohooing because things can always be worse. I used it in a goose blind a couple of weeks ago when someone was griping about the bitter cold.

I haven't read all 17 pages so I don't know if anyone ever identified this quote. But I'm a big Coen brothers fan & I watched No Country for Old Men again last month. LLewelyn seems to leave Carla Jean constantly perplexed.
