Not my fault, I was left unsupervized!

The Scorpions.....Hit Between The Eyes

When the old lady was out I used to tell the kids to turn on MTV and crank it up.

Billy Idol and Rock the cradle of love was our fave, we'd all dance like hell

Now I can't get jiggy with Lawrence Well.

Congrats on the buck!!!

Well done!! What are you shooting out of that Ruger? I've been contemplating shooting some sub-sonics while suppressed to get a really quiet varmint gun

Yes - curious what bullet you used.

I just loaded up some 110gr Barnes X last night...the 300 Blackout special version with the loooong black tip.

My preference goes between Aerosmith and Rolling Stones - guess that says something about my age; but then it also justifies why the volume is higher because I'm accused of having selective deafness.
I enjoy most classic rock, it's just that yesterday I was in a particularly good mood and felt like head banging a bit. And yes the volume doesn't seem to go as high as it used too.

I'm using Lehigh Defense 174 gr. controlled frag. bullets and 10.5 gr. of Reloader #7 at just over 1000 fps. I'm shot in for 50 yds. and at 100 yds. I'm about 4" low. Most of my shooting here at home is kind of up close and personal so being a bit low at 100 doesn't bother me. If it wouldn't have been for a spooky little spike buck that spooked my buck I was going to hammer him at 30 yds. or less. I'm just glad they stopped at the creek about 100 yds. away.

XM radio in my reloading room, could be songs from the '50s, '60s, '70s or '80s in the background. Trophies watching over the goings on.

WOW! If my wife was gone that long, I’d starve to death!
Hope your daughter heals up well.
Thanks, I'm the cook in the family so I should be ok.

WOW, congrats, what a stud of a buck! I understand about the table. (y)

Lucky bastard...twice for that matter.
Just don't be butchering the deer on the dinning room table and you'll be fine.
A wee bit more messy clean up than IMR.

Enjoy your time and I hope your daughter's recovery goes well.
My dining room table is my butchering table an the wife only warns me not to scratch it.
Now I would love to reload there bot I don’t know how to plug the holes that I mounted the press with when I’m done.

The solution is to use a free standing press, such as a K&M and LE Wilson dies. They don't overwork the brass and don't require the leverage needed for standard dies so bolting them down is not needed. Just trying to keep peace in the family.:)

Your living most married men's dream. LOL.. Nice buck buddy. Going to mount it?

Yes, the cape is all ready at the taxi shop. I guess I'll need to find another part time job, cause my gun money is now going to the taxi.

I hope your daughter gets better quickly. My wife had to take care of her Aunt for 2 weeks and I was lost. At least you have your music! Your choice of music is great. I run a lot of Pat Benetar and old time radio for my enjoyment.

Your pretty close actually I was measuring IMR4350

I'm late to the party but I do believe that if @tarbe had known you were using IMR4350 be would have suggested Hells Bells instead.

Hells Bells was on my play list, that's just mandatory AC/DC. IMR 4350 is my go to powder for a bunch of different calibers, been buying that stuff by the jug for years.

Hi Jay,

Hope you're well.

I'm headed your way in January.

Attending SHOT Show has been a long time bucket list item for me.

Finally made it happen and I'm headed to Vegas.

I know you're some distance from Vegas - but would be keen to catch up if it works out.

Have a good one.

Mark
