This is my report on my son's and my hunt in the Delta with Grant Taylor. http://www.africahunting.com/threads/coutada-14-zambezi-delta-mozambique.16773/ Fabulous experience and could not recommend a PH and outfitter more highly. No crocs in the sloughs and never saw a snake during the two weeks we were there. Most hunting takes place in the hills and coastal forest (relatively open and no squishy feet). We went into the marsh only for buff. Took Buff, Nyala, Sable, Reedbuck, Duiker, Waterbuck, and Oribi. And be warned, at either end of Mozambique you can find healthy populations of Tsetse flies.
