New USFW permit process for Lion - any news or anyone tried to import?

My lioness and other trophies from last August are in the air to arrive this Wednesday to U.S. SSI is handling everything. They have been great to work with. I hope there is no issues with USFW.

There is no change and people cam guess but usfw has not done anymore with the issue as of yet. Hunt one to enjoy the hunt but I myself think it is a long shot any permits will be issued this year.

I could not hunt one with out being able to bring it back myself. I can say with out a doubt I dont support the ban in any way.

I'm with you bill. USFW is not going to make anything simple. Second I'm not going to hunt something I can't bring home.
