Yes, but as deputy director he didn't need senate confirmation and he is now acting director. A hunter who has hunted in Africa as acting director of USFWS? We could really not ask for more.

Oh I agree, he just has a little my road ahead of him to get that place squared back away.

There seems to be some anti-hunter feelings/personal that has built up over the last few yrs. To identify and eliminate the roadblocks will be challenging. Lots of work ahead. We can have hope that there will be some common sense and science based decisions made in regards to hunting and trophy imports. Bruce
