New to the site

Mike, welcome to the AH forum! Lots of helpful info here! Enjoy!

Good day from Manitoba
I'm new to this site and found it by chance. I was trying to find a review on De Duine Safaris in South Africa and this site poped up. It looked interesting so I joined.

Hello ssphunter,

Khomas Highland Hunting Safaris of Namibia, welcomes you to the greatest forum on earth.

Cheers,
Velo Dog.

Welcome to this great forum Mike! Enjoy the site!

Welcome to our forum Mike....You'll love it here.

Welcome Mike, glad you joined up. As you can see we are a friendly bunch and most of us would gladly share a beer, burger and campfire with a fellow AH member even though we've never met. Have you already booked your safari? If not, consider using one of our Outfitter / Sponsors. They get vetted on an almost daily basis. Given this audience none of them can ill afford an unsatisfied customer. At least take a look at what they have to offer. If you are looking for something particular, just write up a post clearly describing what sort of hunt you are looking for and they will come to you. Honest, it is just that easy.

Welcome to AH and the posting side Mike! This forum has a wealth of information from some extremely knowledgeable folks, enjoy!

I know this post is a few years old but I was wondering if anyone has an answer for this about De Duine Safaris?

Welcome to AH!

Nugget here. A guide gave me the nickname as I looked similar to Nugent at the time. Hunting for over 50 years yet I am new to hunting in another country and its inherent game species. I plan to do archery. I have not yet ruled out the long iron as a tag-along for a stalk. I am still deciding on a short list of game. Not a marksman but better than average with powder and string.

Everyone always thinks about the worst thing that can happen, maybe ask yourself what's the best outcome that could happen?
