New to big bore educate me on 500 Jeffery

Mine is 9.5 pounds and I don’t think it’s much more that my 8.5 pound Lott. Has a new recoil pad. The Lott has a faster recoil it seems to me.

Mine has two 12 oz mercury recoil reducers in the stock, balance is perfect for me (middle of the magazine is the balance point) Mine weighs 11 lbs without scope, 12lb with Talley QR steel rings and Leupold 1.5-5x scope mounted. Best advertisement for a 500 Jeffery ...
