Living in Vic for 3 more weeks, retired young couple years ago, needed to sell this place to escape the rat race, locked gates, and gridlock traffic. Looking for that dream lot, land or house in Campbell River so I can continue outdoor addiction even more. I need a big room without windows for some memory storage/display. Expect need to increase as just booked 20 days in Africa July 2020. This site helps get you bye in-between trips.

I am a hunting freak! live it breath it. When I am not hunting I am thinking / planning my next adventure. whether it is sitting in a blind with my bow hunting Blacktails or Elk. Or climbing the mountains in search or a Stone Sheep or a mountain goat. I want a been there done that response to as many of my bucket list wants before I am to crippled or old to do them. The market in C River is solid. Lots of. Building. Look in the Willow area. A bit south but best Bang for your buck. I have a few farms to hunt bow / shotgun. If course there is alot of good area around C River.

I lived in Courtenay many years ago and in Comox 2010-2014, sole permission on the farms gives awesome access to after work big buck opportunities. Went for a visit last fall and most of my old good areas are now house developments. Even Dove Creek area has more houses. I hope to get same in CR? Looking for CR north, my belief is Willow point area will be mini Vic in 5+ years. Want lower density and larger land, with access to boat launch and open gates.
