Need 375 ruger brass

Guys, im exhausted trying to find brass. I finally got the dream gun about 3 months ago, but im considering selling the gun due to no brass. Does anyone have a source for brass or any to sell? Thanks

I have 50 rounds of once fired brass I can part with.

Have you considered buying factory ammo to get familiar with the rifle and build your brass supply that way?

Go buy a few boxes of factory ammo at $70/box and you will have guaranteed once fired, fire formed to your rifle, brass.

When I bought my 375 Ruger about 12 years ago, I bought a bunch of factory ammo, just in case the cartridge didn't make it to main stream status. I think the cartridge is well established and isn't going to fade away like so many others (WSSM, RUM, ect.)

I know a couple of people who have a 375RUGER and are also considering selling for the same reason. It’s a shame that Hornady didn’t continue brass production. Probably too busy raking in the money with PRC cartridges.

Might be time to switch to the 375H&H.

It’s a shame because I really like the Ruger rifle. Probably would of went that route if brass was available

Well i believe my search on this forum has come to an end. Ridiculous at the scams. Two members provided me with the same shipping address. I already send a check, so I just paid usps $18 to redirect the shipment. One member claims they are roommates and the other denys it and has no concern that someone is using "his" mailing brass. A third guy reached out to me with brass asking about paypal, which im fine with. He was weird regarding his email to receive the money then turned into an a$$hole once i said i was lerry due to my previous incident with the 2 members with the same address.
At this point im done. Wasted all day trying to figure out about the two guys shacking up. On top of that, none of them showed concern during the conversations. I have screen shots if moderators need it, but this is ridiculous. I am on so many forums and never been scammed or attempted scammed this many times. Sorry for the rant.

I recently saw that Bertram brass is making it, but I think you have to reach out to them directly to get it because they are not importing to the US as much as they used to

Thats two of the three right members there. Its just crazy how much scamming is changing and evolving. I have been on forums since probably 2005 and every year, their approach is always different. Im 13 years in law enforcement and you would think i would be immune to it, but there's always those few that hit close to home.

I have had very good luck on this forum with “classifieds” of course you being new and not being part of the community would be an easy target.

Super easy to know the good ones and those who are endorsed by other contributing members. A simple history search of posts etc will reveal a lot. This Forum has been very useful and I have found all the 375 Ruger brass I will ever need from members here.

Im generally pretty good with screening people but a couple of these guys had several posts under their belt. Im always leary in the beginning anyway, but ultimately they began exposing themselves. I quit using armslist years ago because all that is over there is a ceast pool of scammers.

You can make it from once fired 300 PRC brass, as long as the head stamp is not important. I bought 1000 rounds of once fired ADG brass for this purpose, only I bought it to make 416 Ruger brass. ADG brass is thicker, and stands up to expansion better without collapsing the shoulder. Anneal the necks, expand in steps, annealing each step, until larger than 375 (maybe 402), turn neck to uniform thickness, then run through your 375 Ruger die to final size the neck back down to proper size and fire form. It is a real pain, but does yield useable brass.

If you need the proper headstamp, factory ammo is the answer. Hornady made a small batch of 416 brass a few weeks ago and a few distributors had some for a few days. I picked up a couple hundred from Graf & Sons for $77 per 50. Maybe Hornady is about to make a run of 375 brass as well. I pick up brass off GB, new and fired, from time to time as well.
