Would you please explain the phrase NON-EXPORTABLE in detail?

Regards,

wow. if I understand correctly two elephants for the price of one?

I can think of 3 or 4 replies, but they are all on the Punishment list.

Actually, I am already booked to hunt with @ndumo HUNTING SAFARIS next year.

Which airport will you pick up clients? Other thing, Top says 7 hunting days, but in description it days 10 hunt days plus 2 coming/leaving days makes total 12 days - so which is it? thanks.

Karl can answer but you will almost certainly fly into Kasane (Katima Mulilo) from Windhoek.
Flight isn’t every day… unless things changed. I was there recently
Can’t speak to 7 days vs 10 but I would say with 95% certainty given the price and end of year deal it’s 7 and he didn’t edit his normal language from 10
It’s a smoking deal….

You cats that wanna take an elephant but never thought you’d get the chance? Top notch outfitter in a top notch area. Get off your ass and don’t dick around.

Note: Kasane is in Botswana and Katima Mulilo is in Nambia. Two totally different places.

The "X" is the general area of Ndumo's hunting area (I think).

Yep. Flights now leave from Hosea Kutako and not Eros Airport as previous to Katima Mulilo Mapacha Airport every MWSun. Flight is an easy 1h15min.

Pretty sure its self explanatory.... you can't bring any of the elephant back to your home country.
This is correct, thank you for your reply!
A trophy elephant is fully exportable, while a non-export elephant is hunted for management purposes. You get the full experience of an elephant hunt, but the target elephant is one that is genetically inferior (won’t become a trophy animal), or has broken tusks, or is post-productive. The PH who guides the hunt will assist in identifying the appropriate animal. Once it is shot you have a photo opportunity, but no part of the animal may be exported.

The 2x1 says the trophy fee of only one ele.How much extra is the fee for the second one? Cheers.

Fantastic offer! This would be a fantastic hunt at a very attractive price. I really wish I could take advantage of this offer.

Thank you for correcting me…I went into my email to type correctly and messed up. Picked up Kasane by accident

It’s $9,900 for each hunter… $9,900 x 2 = $19,800 all in for two hunters with TWO elephant (1 each) as opposed to 1 x1 Two Elephant at $17,900

He rather clearly forgot to edit his standard verbiage below he uses (which was a mistake). It clearly says this in Bold above but it’s right to confirm the Bold is the correct verbiage

Thats correct.
Just to clarify, its a 10 day hunt, with an extra departure and arrival day.
Pick up is at either Kasane (daily flights, but you will need a Botswana import export permit if you bring a rifle), or Katima Mulilo (flights on Sundays, Wednesdays and Fridays). I will also throw in free rent of a appropriate rifle. Anything from bolt actioned .375 to double .500 NE, whatever you are comfortable with.
One thing I also left out, I will personally guide these hunts, excepting some really unfortunate situation. I need to be in South Africa on the 10th of December for my daughter's graduation ceremony, so can even extend the hunt or start a few days later.

I recommend doing what I do; take a good quality picture then use my Africa artist to turn it into a beautiful oil on canvass. Including shipping cost me $400 for a picture that almost covers a wall

To add context for some based on my own recent trip (literally next door here basically) there are HUNDREDS of Elephant in the Parks. You will get your Elephant, I would love to do this with Karl if I could take off…fantastic deal and opportunity (I killed a Management Bull on Day 4)
My wife even just commented she would want to do this based on our recent trip.
Not a Trophy Hunt but great experience and opportunity at a fantastic price with a Super High quality outfitter and PH
I want to retire just so I can do these deals

A quaint little place but at least a jet can land and take off from here every other day. Just part of the African adventure.

I have been using a "Personal Property" rider on my State Farm homeowner's policy to cover guns when I travel with them.
I have several firearms, but only one is worth over $20K (A Heym double rifle).
Very interested.
Would firearms be covered for damage, as well as, complete loss?
I'll can let the State Farm rider cover my watches...
Behind the scenes of taking that perfect picture.....

trperk1, I bought the Kimber Caprivi 375 back in an earlier post. You attached a target with an impressive three rounds touching 100 yards. I took the 2x10 VX5 off and put a VX6 HD Gen 2 1x6x24 Duplex Firedot on the rifle. It's definitely a shooter curious what loads you used for the group. Loving this rifle so fun to shoot. Africa 2026 Mozambique. Buff and PG. Any info appreciated.
