My New (And last) Rifle - .300 Win Mag

"Unless I can identify a need" My wife always says why do you need another gun? My stock reply is I don't need another gun I want another gun.
Mine tends more to the how many pairs of shoes do you need; you are a braver man than I!

Funny you should mention shoes, I call mine Imelda, if I had 1/4 as many guns as she has shoes I would be considered an army base

But I have a .416 Rigby (built by Rigby), a .404 Jeffery, and a .375 H&H! All great - old - African calibres. You have to give me a bit of a let for the .300!
Ha ha - no harm intended, I am pulling your leg! Yes, you certainly have a good collection of traditional African calibres.
If we all subscribed to the same caliber, hunting in general would be much duller for it.

Hi Jay,

Hope you're well.

I'm headed your way in January.

Attending SHOT Show has been a long time bucket list item for me.

Finally made it happen and I'm headed to Vegas.

I know you're some distance from Vegas - but would be keen to catch up if it works out.

Have a good one.

Mark
