My little space

Haha! He has already been evicted and moved in to my reloading room to keep an eye on it for me.

@Ridgewalker , I think The Duke would appreciate some companionship. I bet he'd like a Farrah Fawcett cut out. Would liven up your reloading room at the same time. Your Little Space looks great, by the way!

Not sure I could focus on reloading with her looking over my shoulder…:barefoot::ROFLMAO:!

Mr P, gorgeous mounts. I couldn't even pick 3 if I had to. A.
I will tell you what is helping me given my space is much smaller than yours and I have a Judy, Wildebeest, impala and spring buck. I took a Cape buffalo, Nyala and Black impala. It is a wall petestal mount that does not stick out like a shoulder mount. I will send pictures when everything up

Having enough space is a huge problem for many of us. 40+ years ago when we moved into my current house I didn't have very many mounts, and they all fit comfortably in our 14'x24' living room, along with a couple of signed Nancy Glazier Artist Proof prints and a few other wildlife prints.

With my fantastic Montana hunting opportunities in the '80s the wildlife prints got replaced with my taxidermy. Then in the late '80s my 1900 sf house wasn't big enough for wife #2 and her kids so I built a 2000 sf addition to my house with the upper 1000 sf floor one big (?) open trophy room.

All but one of my mounts left the living room and found homes on the walls of my new trophy room along with my two Nancy Glazier prints and 6 new ones. Through the '90s I was able to hang a few more Montana mounts and some Canadian mounts in the trophy room.

Then at the turn of the century I finally had enough of gold digger wife #2 and after a very expensive two year divorce I was able to have my house to myself, and I actually began to be able to save little money from each paycheck.

So in the last 20 years I have been able to go on a number of international hunts where I brought home enough animals that their taxidermy filled the empty spaces in my trophy room, then for more needed taxidermy space my Nancy Glazier and other wildlife prints found new homes on the walls of my basement.

And now all of the walls in my trophy room are just about full, along with most of the wall space in my Living room, and I have built 11 pedestals for additional mounts in both my trophy room and living room. I am also working on a plan to raise the ceiling in my living room to gain an additional 3' on 3 of the walls there.

Where there's a will, there's a way...I hope!

Well, not sure where I can put my next trip? Cape buff will have to be a Euro mount just to get it in the room. Had to hang my black bear over a chair to make room for the zebra. Where do you guys find the space? I might need to rent a warehouse to turn into my "Man Cave"!:(

@Ridgewalker
You would be surprised how you can make a bigger room with minimal effort and tools.
A sledgehammer to take a wall out here and there. Some dry wall and paint. Job done new room the right size no problems.

It would take more than a sledgehammer since it’s in the basement! :Arghh:

That is one awesome room buddy!!!

Thanks! I can hardly wait to get the crate of euro mounts sitting in Denver up. Amazing how a piece of paper can prolong a delivery for so long. Crazy world!

@Ridgewalker.
Easy fix still.
Dig a bigger bloody hole and stop looking on the negative. A few mates, a couple of slabs of beer and a BBQ and tou have a bigger room in a weekend.
Stop making excuses as Nd get the job done.

@Red Leg
Minor problems that what accroprops were invented for.
Every one wants to come up with problems instead of helping the poor man with his problems.

Hate to say anything for fear of jinxing it, but I got up to an email from the shipper that they found my paperwork! Now another inspection, delivery, hanging, photos, and sharing.

Yesterday my 2019 shipment arrived.

My real croc skull showed up! I am excited to finally get it instead of the pitiful replacement I was shipped!

Now I need to fill in the spaces with pictures from my 4 Africa adventures and I believe it will look good.

Just wanted to say thanks for the excellent customer service. Ordered some 9.3x62 brass and the delivery was a little short. An email through your website Contact Us link was replied to the next day with the tracking info for the correction. Good pricing coupled with great customer service will see returning customers every time. Thanks again!

I am righthanded, so not interested in the rifle, but I have a 375 RUM and 350 gr bullet loading data is very hard to come by. If you could reply with information regarding your loads I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you, Ray Boone, Leavenworth, WA
