My first novel published and takes place in Africa

Thank you guys for the kind words. The encouragement is a great help as I plow through my next book.

tim416, I purchased a paperback version several months ago. I purposely saved it to read while in my deer blind. I thought the book was very well written. The plot was very plausible which made it that much more interesting. My only question for you was the "length of stride" for an elephant. If my memory serves me correctly it is considerably less that what was stated.

When will you be finished with your next book? Will it involve Africa and Hunting?

I just finished your book. Good job with the framing of the novel, plots and cadence. I really enjoyed it.

Thanks for the kind words and encouragement. I cannot remember specifically the part you are talking about regarding "stride" I will look back and find it. My next novel takes place on the coast of Maine. Once finished I plan a part 2 of Sibanda.

I read it this week, NOT being critical - there's a few typos, and tactical blunders, but a great read and I can certainly see that happening in many countries throughout the world. Not to give anything away.

Many of you on here bought my first novel, "Sibanda" and provided great reviews. For that, I am extremely grateful.

For those of you interested, my publisher has offered the Kindle version on Amazon in three parts with the first part free.

Nugget here. A guide gave me the nickname as I looked similar to Nugent at the time. Hunting for over 50 years yet I am new to hunting in another country and its inherent game species. I plan to do archery. I have not yet ruled out the long iron as a tag-along for a stalk. I am still deciding on a short list of game. Not a marksman but better than average with powder and string.
