Many thanks @AZDAVE@Green Chile@gillettehunter@ACE (in CT) and @Mtn_Infantry . It was truly one of the highlights of our trip and really brought everything together for me. One thing I failed to mention, on the way in to camp from Beira in the big chopper, Pete probably had us somewhere at that 3-500 feet altitude level most of the way, which is low, but nothing like we did that day. Once we got out of the forests and hit the flood plain, we were below the tree-line for the most part, except when he gained altitude to find the buffalo and the elephants. I felt like a door gunner on a Huey the whole time and tried to download some of the videos to showcase that feeling, but they were all too big. Here are couple of still shots from vids that at least provide a little bit of perspective. @Mtn_Infantry , you are in for a treat going in '26 - don't hesitate to DM me for anything.
