Well the demolition for the remodel starts tomorrow but I started trying to paint where they won’t be working today. I got 1 out of what will probably end up as 3 coats on a few places today.
Man I hate painting.

Trying to cover that grey sucks but it’s going to look very nice when it’s all done.

Got one coat on several walls that aren’t getting completely demo’d haven’t started the trim or any of that yet this grey sux to try and cover

Painting is coming along and tile going down. I got the wall for the photo area painted flat black. Started a little trim painting. Demo started in some areas, HVAC is getting ripped out and replaced, roof and overhead doors were fixed, and both bathroom remodels have been started. Starting to feel like progress. Still a long ways to go though. Need to finish demo, replace several doors and windows and a list of other things.
