For Sale: ~1960’s Mark V 300 Weatherby Magnum

Rifle is in my opinion 99% condition bluing and wood. Rifle was owned by a distant family member and appears to have never been hunted, and fired very little.
-Comes with same-era 3-9x Leupold Vari-X II Scope. Scope is still nice & clear. Buehler mounts.
-JP Sauer & Sohn markings on btm of barrel.
- 24” Barrel
-Weight (8)lbs (11.5)oz scoped
I own (2) other 300 wby’s and will never end up hunting this one. I have not fired the rifle, but can if requested by buyer. I have bought and sold several rifles on AH.

What a fantastic rifle...
I saw many Sauer Wbys, this one being the best by far. Price is a bargain, here in Europe could cost no way less than 2k eu, probably 2,5 just the rifle.
They also shot straigh...

As a kid I drooled over these German Weatherby's every time I went to the gun shop. .300 Weatherby was my dream gun, but never could afford one. Now that I can afford one, I have too many other guns to use so can't justify fulfilling the dream! First world problems, I know. If the sale falls through, I still am tempted!
