You need to find someone that does acupuncture. I would suggest electronic acupuncture first. I have had several issues totally eliminated by electronic acupuncture. Give it a try before you quit your pastime of bow hunting! PM me if you have further questions.

I know of a few people that have learned to shoot with the opposite hand, for a variety of arm and shoulder ailments that prevented them from shooting as they had done in the past. Some people do it just to break bad habits they learned along the way. If it means enough to you, you should be able to train yourself to do so. Good luck.

Short video on what he's probably feeling. This one is the injection fix, and as stated the steroid is temporary.
After a few rounds it no longer gives a worthwhile effect.
Some chiropractors do the electronic acupuncture stuff.
