Good day to all members. Members I am still on a quest to manufacture/cast/build a Mauser Magnum action double square bridge ...are there any CNC designed documentation/drawings available that will enable me to help me succeed in my endeavor ?
I really would appreciate any documentation/drawings /dimensions that will enable me to complete such an action .

Just buy a ZKK602 rifle and change it to your liking

Getting hold of a BRNO ZZK 602 action/rifle in used condition in South Africa is not possible anymore...there was a time ..long ago, not anymore. I want to turn it into a project with the hope of complete at least more than ten ....

10 may be a problem....1 not

Buy a bunch of new Winchester rifles and pull them apart. That IMO would be the cheapest "best" long extractor action to build off if you're doing that sort of thing. I'm sure Park West (Dakota) would sell you actions as well but that would be more $ than just buying a bunch of Winchester rifles. GMA will sell you actions too, but about 4k a pop.

Gert,
Is the issue importing action to SA from USA?
Is importing from Germany any better?

Is it just the receiver with trigger guard or do you also need the complete bolt assembly?

GMA CNC their action and 100’s of toolpaths and many fixtures!

Try grabcad.com and see if that works.

Gert,
If I am reading your post correctly you want to machine and build your own Mauser action. If that is the case I would doubt that any of the American manufactures (GMA, Satterlee, etc) would share their programming information with someone else. I don't know of any other open source information to machine a Mauser action. Sorry I'm of no help.

Hi Gert, I guess there is also just the satisfaction of "doing it".
Another way to get started is to get hold/borrow a rifle with the action you want to make have have a high quality 3D scan done of the parts. Once in CAD you could then tune the fits of the vital components before machining.
Good luck.
