Yes it sure does, it’s hard to believeDamn, this really sucks!
I have been in touch with them over this many many times. They have told me they have tried to get things moving as best they can but still ZERO.This should fall back on your outfitter. They are the ones who live there and should be responsible.
Such a bummer. So sorry for this. No one should have this kind of problem.I have been in touch with them over this many many times. They have told me they have tried to get things moving as best they can but still ZERO.
Agree, even though dip&pack and shipping companies are thin in Mozambique the threat of an outfitter or a coalition of outfitters getting together and saying they won’t use a particular company anymore should light a fire under their asses to get some satisfaction. This should fall back on your outfitter. I had Bullseye do a few things for me with my first trip over - they are good peopleSuch a bummer. So sorry for this. No one should have this kind of problem.
I’ve have a big shipment coming from Bullseye out of SA and 10 animals from New Zealand. Just sent payments for both yesterday. My importer is coordinating and my taxidermist is making preparations.
The hunts are memorable, the experience is priceless, the trophies are the lasting legacy.
You would certainly think !! And yes you’re right about not caring one way or the other.Agree, even though dip&pack and shipping companies are thin in Mozambique the threat of an outfitter or a coalition of outfitters getting together and saying they won’t use a particular company anymore should light a fire under their asses to get some satisfaction.
But this is Africa and some just don’t give a shit!
Yes -I’m worried about the condition of themHopefully this will be the end of the saga! Looking forward to hearing about the condition of your trophies.
Here's hoping everything arrives in good condition and the nightmare will be over.Latest update (to a long saga):
My crate has been shipped out and is currently sitting in ADD. It’s scheduled for entry into ORD on 9/17. I’ve almost forgotten what’s in the box (or supposed to be). For those that have been following this - thank you for hanging in there..,Hopefully this “War and Peace” length journey will be completed soon.
God love you for hanging in there!!! Maybe it is just me but it seems to take longer and longer to get taxi back from Africa. I am still waiting to get my Blue Widebeeste rug after 17 months from Splitting Image but at least I now have a shipment from DHL and the same for my elephant 17 months from Collets with no shipment in sight. I am so glad my last taxi animal will be my leopard if and when I take him then only pictures. I just don’t want to mess with it any more given the expense and long wait timesLatest update (to a long saga):
