Lion Taxidermy Pictures

I'm sure that happened in the world famous "Spike's Bar" after partaking in a little bit of Grey Goose! Very understandable actually!!......lol

We'll have to go with good taxidermy.

Welcome to AH, Travis, you really do great work !

so your mate never fell off that pole before hand , spikey?

ha ha ha
the only time l spend in Sydney is between flights ,old boy ......

This is a GREAT point! I've seen plenty of cats that were used as "advertising displays" at shows etc that the face just didn't look right.

+1 for sure.
That young man is talented and has a future.

That's incredible! Nothing beats a well done big cat.

I'm extremely impressed by that lion mount! I've been looking at a lot of different taxidermy sites in prep for my impending adventure. The cats seem to be the most difficult animals to make realistic. Well done, Travis! Can you pm me a pricing list? For quality like this, I'd gladly wait the extra months to get them home.

Morning Rob, Any feeling for how the 300 H&H shoots? How's the barrel condition?

Hello. I see you hunted with Sampie recently. If you don't mind me asking, where did you hunt with him? Zim or SA? And was it with a bow? What did you hunt?

I am possibly going to book with him soon.
Currently doing a load development on a .404 Jeffrey... it's always surprising to load .423 caliber bullets into a .404 caliber rifle. But we love it when we get 400 Gr North Fork SS bullets to 2300 FPS, those should hammer down on buffalo. Next up are the Cutting Edge solids and then Raptors... load 200 rounds of ammo for the customer and on to the next gun!
