This is what American tax dollars brough to Zambia. An unending line of Land Cruises parked outside the former USDAID procurement office, which my company used to share with them.
Why so many 4x4s was necessary to drive on tar roads in Lusaka befuddles me. View attachment 669722

I can only assume it doesn’t take much.

With the US stepping back from the global stage it feels to me a bit like pre-WW2 where Europe dealt with Europe, America dealt with America, and England dealt with a fair bit more than just England (ha!)
