I was fortunate to have hunted plains game with Jaco in June 2023. While we were driving and scouting, we covered some ground from a previous day. In our prior tire tracks were leopard tracks cut across in a couple places. For this first timer, it was very cool to see those. If anyone can get you a decent chance at a cat, I believe Jaco could give a fair effort.

I have done a leopard hunt with dogs. Great fun and experience. A bit super charged and more edgy than over bait.
Cannot address shooting from the truck but in Botswana, frequently you have local guys tracking in front of the truck following the dogs and or tracks. Sometimes the cat comes for the truck, so I guess you get shoot from the truck. Or get cut up.
