Left eye dominant but shooting right handed

Hope someone can help correct a problem by son has... as the title suggests he shoots right handed but is left eye dominant so he is craning his head over the rifle to aim with his left eye. What can be done to remedy this?

It's fine for now as he is only shooting a pellet gun / .22 but I'm sure pain awaits when he steps up to the bigger calibres!

A very good friend of mine lost his right eye in an accident and thought he would have to give up shooting.
He solved the problem initially by taking a wood rasp to the stock and putting a big concave dish in the stock to allow him to use it.
BUT FEAR NOT all is well there is a company in the USA that makes a stock called a CROSSOVER STOCK.
The stock has an offset that allows him to shoot right handed and comfortably use his left eye for sighting. It looks strange but he can still drop a red stag running flat out at 200 yards in an offhand standing position.
So fear not all is well for the young'n.

I also thought of the eye patch solution as the easiest solution. It needs to be rectified soon as he wants to join the British army next year and shooting left handed may be a problem with the assault rifles used these days. (from the little I have seen the ejected casings pass pretty close to the face... or even maybe into the face of a left hander... I'm not sure)

I also want him to start using my 30.06 before he enlists.

I had the opposite problem, left handed but right eye dominate.
It did create a few problems in the army as well as a few strange looks.
At the range we had to say if we were left or right handed. If you were left handed all your gear including bayonet had to be set for a left handed person, no problems there. When it can to shooting when I shot right handed I got some very strange looks and a lot of questions.
I shoot a rifle right handed, shotgun left or right handed and a hand gun left handed. Confusing but fun.

I'm left eye dominate and shoot right handed since I learned to shoot never bothered me one bit even when shooting pistol

Thanks for all the replies. If it was just hunting etc I would not be so concerned BUT the SA80 cannot in any way be fired when shooting in the left handed position. The cocking handle will tear your face apart and once that is done the ejected casings would smash the rest of your teeth out... I think correcting the problem before that happens is probably the route to go. ;)
