Wife picked up our latest goodies this last week and sent me some pics. All from our 2014 Botswana trip. Have to wait until June to get them up on the wall.

Hope my wildebeest rug looks that good.

Very nice Sand rat! Glad you got them home. That Blue Wildebeest rug looks great.

Very nice.
That rug on the couch the impala is sitting on is really a piece of art. Forrest

I REALLY like the look of the blue wildebeest rug ... is there an European mount that goes with it?

+1 on the blue wildebeest rug! Looks great, now I may have to add a blue to my hunt in May!

No Euro, we had an extremely rough but enjoyable hunt at Kanana in 2014. It had rained so much the everything was scattered all over the place. With knee high grass everywhere and abundant water the animals didn't move much and were hard to spot. Long story short we spent most of the trip chasing waterbuck for six days. My friend from work shot the blue wildebeest for meat at the outfitters request and the hide was too nice to throw away so my wife wanted it for a rug. It turned out twice as nice as the one from the year before that the local taxidermist did.......go figure.

The springbok rug was from Cambanos and Sons in Pretoria. Great place to go if you have any time in Joberg.

that rug is state of the art.

And my gosh that 8 pointer is a stud!

Makes me want to go hunt a big Impala.
