Just got engaged (again) now a question

Indeed, that’s the first thing my buddy asked when I told him.

I got this one in a log splitter, I’m lucky that all I lost. A boy about my age lost his in a sickle on a grain platform.

Old man always said hydraulics don’t care. Did they try and re attach yours?

It didn’t slow it down much.
They did not, the top knuckle was too far gone, so they trimmed it back square and capped the end.

Mine was just in front of the top knuckle they re attached it and then worked on it most of the summer. Made hay all that summer one handed good times. Handling 5500-6000 square bales two or three times sucked.

My ring and also my second wife, is titanium inlaid with blue braid fishing line encapsulated in some kind of epoxy?… much easier on things however it does scratch the ring easier too, so it’s a bit of a trade off.

And good advice from @franzfmdavis “Offer nothing less than what you expect; and, accept nothing less than you deserve."

https://rockmarq.com/search?q=fishing+line is where I got mine but if you do a Google search for fishing line wedding ring, it will pull up quite a few others with some other nice styles.

Northern Royal has some really nice bone and oak barrel etc rings.

In summer months we spend a great deal of time on the boat and ocean so wanted something nautical to reflect that.

Hi PaulB. Would you be interested in another WJ Jeffery .450/.400 NE 3". It's an extractor model and in superb condition, cased as well. Made in 1908. The rifle is here in Texas.
