Is it legal to sell a PAC hunt in South Africa?

Louis

What I reckon we need is one set of game laws and one PH licence for the entire country but of course, that would knock an awful lot of GD staff off of their pedestals so they don't want that to happen.

Steve I agree with you 100% but unfortunately that will never happen people need to get paid for doing nothing it is part of South African economics LOL!

Best regards

Louis, you are right about client confusion. This site continues to provide great debate and insight and it provides me with much more confidence in making decisions about hunting in Africa.

Since I personally started trying to research and understand the laws in the various provinces, as due diligence for myself after seeing that there are unscrupulous operators, I have been amazed at the lack of uniformity in terminology amongst the provinces. (It happens here too)

Clients are at their mercy.

Keep up the good work, you are doing a good service for all of us.

Thanks

may I suggest Intaba Safaris in the East Cape by Port Elizabeth, Eugene is a great guy, 2 of us will be there April 6th to April 14th. he does cull hunts(that's what I am doing) and if you go to his web site he is and offering daily fees of 200.00 and good cull prices. Thanks Jim
Everyone always thinks about the worst thing that can happen, maybe ask yourself what's the best outcome that could happen?
