Interarms withworth value?

375 H&H

Buy it if still available!

Buy it NOW! Just call the Cabelas store and put a hold on it for $25.00 and they will ship it to any Cabelas store near you free. You have several weeks to decide if you want to buy it. I have a .375 Whitworth I bought from a local gun store six months ago for $780.00, but this one at Cabelas is a great rifle value! The front sight hood is missing, but the one on my rifle is loose and sometimes comes off anyway. I would have considered buying it if I was in the market for another .375, but I have my eyes on the .416 Taylor Whitworth on Cabelas, which I’m having shipped to a Cabelas store in Colorado so I can look at it. Good luck on your decision!

Those sight hoods are always going into orbit! Think I have lost at least 3 off of mine.:( I don't even have one now, but if I use the rifle again, I will find a hood for it, then tape it on.(y)

Yeah, I’m not sure what the hoods are for anyway? Maybe they look cool? But talk about a brush catcher? Maybe that’s why they’re always in orbit? Ha! Ha!

Supposedly as protection for the front sight. Mine went into orbit upon firing the beast.:eek:

I guess? But I find myself paying more attention to the hood not falling off or readjusting it then concentrating on more important stuff? Like you said, duct tape! Ha! Ha!

Beautiful rifle, and the price is not bad at all. Let us know if you decide to get it or not. I may jump on it if you don't. :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

That's a good looking rifle you better snag it if you can.(y) However be aware that much of what is listed at the library there is often already sold, but not updated:(. That has happened to me at least a half dozen times. Don't hang by your eyelashes waiting for them either, they are often slow to respond:eek:. Good luck.:D
You know, I was wondering that about Cabelas Gun Library. A firearm was JUST posted and it’s now “pending” (sold)? I have seen a couple of rifles I was interested in, but were pending upon posting? My step daughters boyfriend worked at a Cabelas for awhile, and was able to buy used firearms for half price. I asked him about the pending upon posting and he said an employee or employees friend/family member may have “pended” it before it was even posted?

Wouldn't surprise me. :( I only know I have bitched to them a few times about guns being listed there and on GunsInternational as being for sale, then when you make a serious inquiry they say its sold. Reason being I have been told is due to volume of sales and their "IT" guyo_O trying to keep up. So when I see something listed, I take it with a large grain of salt that it is still for sale.:(

In the past, I've had Cabela's ship a gun I was looking for to the store nearest me for $25.00. It "appeared" to be as listed, i.e. new and unfired. It now resides in my safe. Seems to me I had to "pester" the Library employees a bit to get things moving.

A friend purchased from Cabela's what appeared to be a new Whitworth in .375 H&H. Price $995.00, he is very happy with the rifle and he is very particular. It is having a second cross bolt and scope bases installed at this time. I think you will be very happy with your purchase. Lets hope it happens.

I have purchased several rifles through the gun library. All went smoothly

Well after all that and calling unanswered for 2 hours it appears the rifle is currently headed to another store for another customer's inspection.

Keep tabs on it, the other customer may not like it. If you don't get it, than it wasn't meant to be. Another one will come along. (y)

Of course, being there is no such word as withwortho_O. LOL. The old auto correct ploy...:ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:
I bet if you asked Mike Tyson to pronounce it it would be Withworth!

I believe that is the best looking Whitworth I have ever seen. Good luck in buying it!

Currently doing a load development on a .404 Jeffrey... it's always surprising to load .423 caliber bullets into a .404 caliber rifle. But we love it when we get 400 Gr North Fork SS bullets to 2300 FPS, those should hammer down on buffalo. Next up are the Cutting Edge solids and then Raptors... load 200 rounds of ammo for the customer and on to the next gun!
To much to political shit, to little Africa :-)
Spending a few years hunting out west then back to Africa!

Hello. If you haven't already sold this rifle then I will purchase. Please advise. Thank you.

I doubt you are interested in any trades but I was getting ready to list a Sauer 404 3 barrel set in the 10-12 price range if your interested. It has the 404J, 30-06 and 6.5 Creedmoor barrel. Only the 30-06 had been shot and it has 7 rounds through it as I was working on breaking the barrel in. It also has both the synthetic thumbhole stock and somewhere between grade 3-5 non thumbhole stock
