In memoriam - The Duke of Edinburgh passes away at the age of 99

To my British friends: Prayers for your loss. The end of an era.

Just have a look at Phil’s sisters who married nazis who were instrumental in Hitler’s killing regime.
Phil used to March with his uncle -a nazi
Is the march at his sister’s funeral procession? One can hardly blame him for that. He was 16 and it was before the war (1937).

I would further argue that his service in the British navy in the Mediterranean during WWII against the Nazis makes his personal loyalties clear, regardless of anything his family may have been up to.

Thanks @BRICKBURN. Good riddance of a certain someone’s posts showing such little respect for a fellow deceased sportsman who grew up in a different era.
