In memoriam - My friend Baz has passed away

My sincerest condolences. I think Red Leg made a beautiful comment regarding memories carried on through rifles or other sporting equipment.
May Baz's memory continue to live on with each report of that rifle!

My sincerest condolences to you and his family on your loss.

The loss of any good friend is always awful. There are just too few of them.

The wonderful thing about a departed friend's or relative's gun is that we have a continuing connection to them. Whether hunting that deer, or sitting up with it and an oily rag while sipping a single malt, death seems no quite so final.

You have my sincerest condolences, but I suspect he will not be far.
This!

So many souls here that understand the deep relationships between our friends, loved ones, and God’s Nature.

Wishing a Peaceful Internment for your friend and respite for his family.

loosing old friends is hard using his rifle will help year after year.

Sorry for the loss of your friend. You have my sympathy and prayers.

So sorry to hear of your loss. He lives on in your memories of him. Enjoy the upcoming hunt and remember some of the good times you had with him. Getting older sucks!

I'm so very sorry to hear this Ray. Losing a good friend is never easy on our souls. I've lost a couple over the last several years. I'm glad you have the rifle Baz gave you to remember the great times the both of you had together. My sincerest condolences to you and Baz's family and other friends. RIP Baz.
