Dik Dik with a bow thats sounds interesting I suppose in the right areas in Namibia it can be easier than others.
Thats one of the species I have never hunted or been on a hunt with and never seen except quickly driving past Etosha.

Congratulations my friend! I like reading all hunts, but especially enjoy it when those who work so hard for us bumbling clients get to enjoy a hunt themselves. BTW I might know a couple that would be interested in a buffalo/ hyena combo someday. ( Spent the weekend looking for a buffalo gun for a certain someone)

Thanks Charlie! I would say we hear Leopard probably 7 times out of 10 from the blind. This is not the first time we've had one visit the bait while waiting for a Spotted Hyena either. If they leave abruptly, it is usually a good sign that Spotted Hyenas are close, and almost every time, a Spotted Hyena appears within 10 minutes.
