HUNTING Mountain Lion

I used to think using dogs was lame. Now I realise it’s part of the mountain lion experience and would love to do one of those hound lead horseback hunts.

Growing up in Montana the trappers I knew who took cougar over hounds usually shot them in the head with .22 magnum. My daughter bought a nice pelt to mount for her taxidermy course. And it was shot in the head. She did a nice job on that one.
