It was stop 2 years, now there is some licences but only in the places where they do some damage, but not CITES certificate to can export the trophy.

Complete forbidden.A few PAC shots doesn't belong to us.
No country in Europe has so much bears like Romania !!
The system of the Antis in Brussels,EU center,is easy:
"no bearhunting and you get more money for your country (no Romanian I met, belives that the money went the right way) "
They know nothing about the population there,nothing.
But for them, hunting is the downfall of the occident.
