Can a US court keep a convicted felon from going to Africa and using a firearm to hunt? Can they charge him with anything?

There's always Africa. Where the Law (no one cares) favours the Un-lawfull for those that knows.

Yeah per above, go to Africa or other foreign country, borrow a gun, go hunting and leave it all there except photos. Who is the wiser? For us at least there is no official contact about hunting between countries unless there are trophies right? It kills me how the penalties for poaching a bear are worse than for serious crimes against humans. If one wants to do a crime here, now is the time while Odumbo is still in office giving out commutations and pardons like they were candy! Record number of pardons by this ***hole. Saw a story tonight that did a profile of some of the sods he released. They will undoubtedly commit more crimes and be back in jail almost immediately. These aren't stand up guys.
