How many double rifles do you own?

GI has a beautiful VC in 375 flanged for sale. Not a fan of case color, however this one just looks right.

I have a 577. 577-500. 9.3x74,4590,450-400 and fully rifled 12 bore,plus a single 4 bore with an extra shot gun barrel. Shot guns included 8ga, 2 12ga,and 16ga Parkers. 12ga Rigby, 12ga Wesley Richards, 12ga Purdey, 12ga WC Scott 12ga Holland and Holland 12ga Joseph Lang, 12ga Whitbey and a28ga Manton.

Is that the 4 bore used to bag dinosaurs back in the day?

Zero

Christ...now I have 6..

How many of you own more than one double? What's in your battery?
After my first African Safari hunt at the beginning of this year I shot my first buffalo with my Blaser R8 Professional in .375 H&H Magnum. It dropped on the first bullet (300 grs. Federal Trophy Bonded) at 100 yards. I gave it a security shot at 30 yards (300 grs. Federal Sledgehammer Solid). The PH I hunted with had a Merkel 400/450 double thst was very nice. I said to my self if I was coming back for another buffalo, it would be with a double. Came across a Merkel 140A in .470NE just after I came home, slightly used (not shot more than 50 times). Bought it straight. Is in the process of mounting a Leica Red Dot sight on. This month I came across a brand new Merkel 140A in 9.3x74R. Couldn´t resist. Bought it and put a Nikko Sterling 1-6x24 scope on it + the open sights. So, I have two, and still would like to have more. Currently I know of a W.W. Greener in .577, built in in 1902 that looks like a stunner and a .600NE (almost new). The prices need to come down a bit or I have to win the lottery to move on them. Can´t have enough guns!

Everyone always thinks about the worst thing that can happen, maybe ask yourself what's the best outcome that could happen?
