Local gun store closed down here in Iceland - the biggest one - mmmm Rifles I was good on and traded them off within a year

Ammo is my downfall - I remember the shortages -

so as it is confession time

7mm rem mag - 3000 rounds - rem corelok - did not own a 7mm rem mag at the time

303 Brit 2700 rounds rem corelok and others

223 - cant remember - white box win - 8 50 cal boxes !!!!!

10mm auto - 2 ammo cans - only 2 handguns in the country- and will never own either ...........

then Midway did their clearance on 375 bullet heads - mmmmm lets just say if I fire 20 rounds every week for the next 10 years ..... I will be good !

Haha, I suspect some folks didn't quite understand the auction concept of paying the buyer's premium on top of the bid...some things went for more than they should have, but there were a few deals to be had.

I have a friend that recently bought a custom switch lug with barrels for both 26 & 28 Nosler. It's a really cool little rifle, but not sure I want to go that route.

I am almost there on the hoarder charge! The bad thing is I have more rifles than I will ever use and I have way too much ammo. I didn't need any 416 or 458 ammo but when one of our AH members posted that he had some ....well I bought it! I have come very close twice to buying guns from fellow AH members and they don't know how close. And those would have been impulse.
