Thanks it's going pretty good not even been a week and I've already pulling about 75 lbs way easierDont forget to practice in a way to promote better strength. A few years back a friend of mind and I were getting ready for Utah Elk hunting. We would go to our local club which had a 100yard range. I would come to draw and he would tell me when to shoot. The earliest would be 90 seconds. We would compete on who had the best groups at 100. Holding for that long with high poundage bows is tiring and that kind of static strain on your muscles can build strength also.
