That Texas Hill Country Deer makes me do this

Great looking deer @Red Leg. I've been on a major turnaround at work since the first of September but fly home this Friday and plan on being in the stand Saturday morning. Hope the East Texas boys left me something to shoot.

They have certainly started chasing ... I hope the super moon doesn't get you. I was driving from the airport in Houston to Nacogdoches about 11 last night and I saw a lot of deer ... including a really nice buck just north of Lufkin!

We'll have to get together next week at Fuzzy Tacos and have a beer one night. It's only about 15 minutes from the wife's parents farm..........that's if you'll let a deplorable buy you a beer.

My neighbor across the highway and about a mile away has constant problems with feral hogs. To date we have yet to have one leave any sign on our property (not complaining!).

You ought to talk to your neighbor about helping him out with his feral hog problem. Hog hunting is a "hoot." Besides that they make good breakfast sausage.
