Help with info on a Mannlicher Schoenauer rifle

I have been reading John Taylor’s book and he mentioned that the Mannlicher Schoenaur is known for failing to extract fired cases. How common is this?

W.D.M. Bell wrote of case separations early in his use of the 6.5X54 MS ('for the pot') which he attributed to 'poorly made British ammunition'.

Missed out recently on a great model 10 package that I should kick myself for. Found this honey at a recent local show
