Help! I need a new outfitter

One more time. I have a hunt booked with Mokore Safaris for the first 2 weeks of September. Since Bev passed I am looking for someone to book flights and transportation to and back to the safari (Save conservancy). I am in contact with Mokore. I am looking for someone to handle logistics. I have insurance and taxidermy set up. I have called Travel Express from this site and awaiting a reply. They may be the ones to work this. Thanks Mike

Mokore Safaris is your outfitter. You’re looking for a travel agent. Mokore can set up everything for you once you arrive in Zimbabwe. Travel express will handle your flights.

These details would have been great in your first post which should have been titled “Looking for a Travel Agent that specializes in Hunting”. You’re Booking Agent or Travel Agent passed away not your outfitter. Definitely helps to use the right terminology.

You have an Outfitter - it’s Mokore Safaris
When did you contact them? I’m guessing Gary or Neil likely pointed you to either Gracie Travel, TWG (Travel with Guns), or Jennifer with Travel Express.

Your other option is Google Flights. The process isn’t super complicated and many outfitters list the travel requirements for their country so you can do this yourself. Some outfitters even list a recommended Travel Agent/Travel Coordinator. Mokore is one of the outfitters who does this ON THEIR WEBSITE and in their hunt paperwork/contract. Their website under “Travel Info” includes a hyperlink to get you in direct contact with their preferred travel coordinator (TWG).
