Have Joined The 458 Club!

Well finally got to range today.
Sighted in Kahles red dot and decided it is all i need on the Lott. The Swaro just didnt look and feel right. The Lott is an up close gun anyways as what I wanted it for. Shooting factory 500 gr Swift Aframes. 2 1/2 inch groups at 100 yards
1 1/2 at 50 yards. Shot 19 rounds and I had enough for the day.

That's a beauty of a rifle. My CZ550 in 375 has been a great rifle. I will have a Zastava in 458 win here this week ,looking forward to trying it as well.

Would have grabbed another cz if I was able to find one in 458 or 404, I never seemed to get lucky searching so will have a little fun with the Zastava .

Great caliber if one can truly handle the recoil, at 85 my recoil tolerance along with the bursitis from shooting the big biggest bores has taken its toll..today I shoot the 375 Ruger and 9.3x62 and they work fine for me..Nice gun you have there and buffalo ready..

Currently doing a load development on a .404 Jeffrey... it's always surprising to load .423 caliber bullets into a .404 caliber rifle. But we love it when we get 400 Gr North Fork SS bullets to 2300 FPS, those should hammer down on buffalo. Next up are the Cutting Edge solids and then Raptors... load 200 rounds of ammo for the customer and on to the next gun!
To much to political shit, to little Africa :-)
Spending a few years hunting out west then back to Africa!

Hello. If you haven't already sold this rifle then I will purchase. Please advise. Thank you.

I doubt you are interested in any trades but I was getting ready to list a Sauer 404 3 barrel set in the 10-12 price range if your interested. It has the 404J, 30-06 and 6.5 Creedmoor barrel. Only the 30-06 had been shot and it has 7 rounds through it as I was working on breaking the barrel in. It also has both the synthetic thumbhole stock and somewhere between grade 3-5 non thumbhole stock
