Happy Thanksgiving, hope everyone has a great holiday!

Happy Thanksgiving to all of you. Will be at my son's in a couple of hours. Local deer hunting scheduled for tomorrow, but the weather may not be cooperating. We will see!

Happy Thanksgiving to all.

Our turkeys are out of the brine and into the smoker this morning

With only 4 of us, we voted against turkey (actually I was out voted by my 3 ladies). I had to suffer with a beef fillet, green beans, potatoes, salad, and pumpkin pie! I live a tough life of which I am so thankful for!

I’m looking through hunting photos from this season and feeling very thankful for the chance to have have hunted so many days. We were blessed with a number of nice animals to share amongst the four core families of my hunting party. Hundreds of meals will come from our hard work, early mornings, long treks, cold hands and patience.
I truly thank the good Lord for letting us take some of his animals!

Everyone always thinks about the worst thing that can happen, maybe ask yourself what's the best outcome that could happen?
