Up for sale is probably the nicest H&K 630 you will see. I have not fired it, and shows no evidence of being shot. It has Outstanding wood, 100% , beautiful Bluing 100%, and has original factory H&K qd scope mount, with a 6x Zeiss Diatal C scope. The best part it comes with 5 mags! 4- factory 10rnd H&K mags still in packaging and 1- 5rnd. The gun has factory qd scope rings from H&K and manual. These guns are known, for accuracy and reliability as H&K delivers.

I am asking $3600.00 shipped. Compare on gunbroker to all the extras you get with this one. Over a grand in extra mags alone. Any questions or need more pics please contact me.

This gun includes shipping in a hard case to your FFL.

Do you have any idea of the barrel twist rate?

Do you have any idea of the barrel twist rate?
Man, part of my weary brain says 1:10 and the more weary part states 1:12. :-) I have had a couple and still think I have one. I have seen a lot of them and have NEVER seen one with wood quite this nice. I used to be an HK nut and these are awesome. Polygonal rifling and generally very accurate. I only have shot 55 gr., and whatever twist rate is, I think you will be best served to stay in that range.

I am not sure on twist rates, but I think I agree with RR314 because when these guns came out, probably factory loading was somewhere 45-55 grs bullets then. Now there is heavier stuff more common.

I definitely realize you can find some cheaper, but they are ugly, shot a lot and no goodies.. The H&K scope mounts are crazy expensive, and the mags, well forget about it.. It is a good deal for what you get and in this condition for sure..

These are what I am finding, the rifle was on the high end, and you get nothing. I have found rifle in the $2k-2500.00 but again, you get nothing with them.. The mounts sell for a lot... Very hard to come by, and the mags I seldom see for under $400.00... Regardless, with mine you get the mount, 4 - 10rnd mags and 1 - 5rnd , Zeiss scope, and one hell of a beautiful gun that looks and appears unfired. I bought it from the original owner for about what I am selling it for a few years ago and it has been in the safe since. I believe he said he sighted it in and never shot it again, so maybe 10-20 rnds through it.

PM me for any questions, be glad to answer any questions.

Good Morning x84958
I have read your post about Jamy Traut and your hunt in Caprivi. I am planning such a hunt for 2026, Oct with Jamy.
Just a question , because I will combine Caprivi and Panorama for PG, is the daily rate the same the week long, I mean the one for Caprivi or when in Panorama it will be a PG rate ?
thank you and congrats for your story.
Best regards
Philippe from France

Hello Doug,
I am Philippe from France and plan to go hunting Caprivi in 2026, Oct.
I have read on AH you had some time in Vic Falls after hunting. May I ask you with whom you have planned / organized the Chobe NP tour and the different visits. (with my GF we will have 4 days and 3 nights there)
Thank in advance, I will appreciate your response.
Merci
Philippe
