I've got a hankering for a couple Winchester 1895's, one in 30-40 Krag, the other in 405.
All you have to do is ask a fellow member to help justify a 375, just like this guy did.I've always wanted a .375 H&H, but just can't justify it with myself. Would like it in a Winchester, CZ or Sako. Sigh.
I too like the 1897, mostly because you can "slam fire" it.I'm not a shotgun guy, but I've always wanted a Winchester 1897. I just love the look of them.
I'd like a nice svelte German kipplauf - single shot stalking rifle, in 7x64R. Stocked to fit me with upgraded wood, well done game scene engraving, and a good German scope to match. Perhaps a Merkel, or Krieghoff or a Blaser. In a fitted carry case. One can dream.

My older brother is a big fan of the quarter bore. This would be his pick as well.
