Renzo

I stumbled across it about 12 yrs ago. I was using it to verify acreage on potential deer leases in Texas. I found around 75% of the advertised acreage was over represented, some properties by 50%. You should have seen some of the faces when I pulled it up and showed the leasers !! Most of these Texas places lease by the acre so when I'd show them the property was far smaller than advertised and that I'd pay the per acre amount of the smaller total, that usually killed the deal :sneaky: I realize this is a flat surface measurement and doesn't account for topography as one guy mentioned LOL

Hello Brickburn
What a good idea to show the different outfitter's lodges on Google.
Saw your post in January but was too busy with marketing to respond.

See below copies of images on Google Earth of our two lodges Robert Lodge in Northern Cape and Wilzenau Lodge in Northwest province, South Africa.

Sincerely
Hans de Klerk

ive actually been looking for potential hunting destinations on google myself. nice to see a thread dedicated to it as well.

Hello Revturbo9967.
Nice skull you have on your picture.
I know lion skulls but that one looks a bit wide in front.
Might be just the angle of the photo.
If I have to guess I'll say it must be a bear?

To put all the outfitters' lodges on Google maps will sort out the land owner / operators from the other guys with their fancy brochures but no fixed assets.

Chopped up the whole thing as I kept hitting the 240 character limit...
Found out the trigger word in the end... It was muzzle or velocity. dropped them and it posted.:)
