I have several cases (6 available) of Geco 7x57R Teilmantel (Soft Point) 165gr ammo. Gecoo stopped importing this in the US about 3 years ago and i bought up what was left. moving overseas so I can't take it so I decided to sell. The ammo is very accurate and effective.I have taken several Roe, a Red and a Mountain Lion here in Arizona with this ammo (pic of expanded bullet https://www.africahunting.com/threa...lion-hunt-with-seven-anchor-outfitters.41708/)

$240 case (200rds) shipped

I'll take one case and ship it to Washington because the only drawback to living in Alaska is shipping ammo.

Is the fired brass reloadable? Boxer Primed?

Yes and Yes. It's good stuff, same company as RWS. If fact I could never tell the difference betwen RWS and Geco aside from the price.

Just an FYI, I think Geco is now carried by one of our sponsors @SafariAMMO.NET

Great price for what it is! I have never understood why so many drillings and BBF were chambered in 8x57 instead of 7x57...seems they usually made the jump to 7x65, I would guess. Still, a great cartridge.

Nice to see Geco metric ammo being imported again.......

Are the 7 x 57 Mauser and the 7 x 57R cartridges one and the same? I've never purchased ammo for the two 7 x 57 Mausers that I have. Please excuse my ignorance. BTW I'm still using ammo that came with the guns. I'd be happy to buy a case if they work in my rifles.

If your rifle is not chambered for "R" then the ammo will not work. The rimmed ammo is for break open rifles.

Thanks markfarrigno. I'm always willing to pick up additional ammo at reasonable prices. Maybe next time.

Hello,

I saw your post selling left hand rifles. Do you have any additional pics of the .416 Rem mag?

Thank you.
