Gallagher Transport, Problems importing, rookie mistakes?

From what I get from this post mostly. Seams @SPLITTING IMAGE TAXIDERMY needs a "job well done". If I read post correctly and have proper understanding, once trophies are handed over to shipper SA Taxidermy company has fulfilled its job. Fact that they got involved and sorted out issue tells me loud and clear they are a stand up company.

I have never used them but do enjoy reading and seeing these things still happen in 2023.

I say good job @SPLITTING IMAGE TAXIDERMY

Really it’s too bad their name is mentioned at all on this thread. They did their job. They handed it off to a reputable company to ship from South Africa to a port of entry in the USA. The customs broker a person chooses isn’t their responsibility. The follow up is good to see though.

Fully agree, their re-engagement, trouble shooting and ending it sorted out was what impressed me.

Badger Cargo is one of the recommended shippers that I am waiting shipping quote from??? Might add I am nervous, it is my intention to clear my own shipment. Being in Canada on far west there are few options for clearing companies in Vancouver. I will never again use the one I already have before, I cringe and still have that taste.
